We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange an assessment with an appropriate specialist, prepare your treatment plan, coordinate travel and accommodation you request, and provide aftercare communication.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your photographs for marketing.

We process health information on the basis of your explicit consent, which you give when you submit an enquiry. Where applicable, processing complies with the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698). You may withdraw consent at any time.

Your information is shared only with the clinicians and hospitals involved in your assessment and treatment, and with service providers you ask us to arrange (for example accommodation or transfers) to the extent necessary.
